Quick facts

Hi! We're Ida and Pontus – welcome to Ember Tiny House.

We built this house because we chose a life of freedom and simplicity. The plan was to live in the house during the summer and travel in our van during the winters. It has been a wonderful time, and the house has given us exactly the independence we were looking for. But the dream of a permanent move abroad grew stronger and faster than we first expected, and so we are now selling our beloved home.

The house is in excellent condition and ready for new adventures. We sincerely hope it will bring as much freedom and joy to its next owner.

Life in Ember Tiny House

Waking up with light streaming through the large sliding doors is magical. The kitchen window frames the view outside like a painting, and evenings by the stove are perfect for a glass of wine and a book. It is a wonderful feeling knowing the house takes care of itself — solar panels, batteries and rainwater give freedom without compromising comfort.

Design & Craftsmanship

We designed and built the house ourselves, with an uncompromising vision of quality and aesthetics. To ensure the execution meets the highest standards, the build process from start to finish included guidance and inspections by professionals in every trade – from architects and carpenters to plumbers and electricians.

Transport is not included in the purchase price. The cost varies significantly depending on distance, road conditions, site access and where the house is to be placed. As a guide, we have seen examples of around SEK 25,000–40,000 for shorter distances and SEK 50,000–90,000 for longer transports within Sweden — the exact price is always obtained via a quote from a transport company.
